Thank you for shopping with Jenson&Mase. All of our items are carefully designed and made to order, so please allow time for production before your order is dispatched.
PROCESSING TIMES
As all of our items are handmade and personalised, please check the annoucement banner along the top of our site for current turnaround for your order to be made before it is shipped.
During busy periods, including holidays or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK SHIPPING
We currently ship across the United Kingdom using tracked delivery services with either Royal Mail or Evri.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Standard Delivery: 48hr Tracked
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer tracked international shipping to selected destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note you are responsible for all import tax and duties and these are not charged at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Jenson&Mase cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
