Refund policy
Jenson&Mase does not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. We will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by us e.g the wrong size to what you have ordered, a word or name has been spelt incorrectly.
Please contact us via email with proof of fault with a photograph of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer e.g you have provided the incorrect spelling of a name or requested the wrong colour or size, you will need to purchase a replacement.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items. This applies only to non personalised products. The returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
Please email info@jensonandmase.co.uk to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you would like to return a non personalised item this must be done 7 days after receipt of your order. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost to cover all merchant charges associated with any refund due.
The buyer will be responsible to cover the full return postage and to ensure this arrives with no damage. If the item is received back to us damaged then no refund can be given.
