All items are sent with Royal Mail. They are packaged safely in boxes to prevent items from being damaged in transit. Once your order has been shipped Jenson&Mase accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. 

UK Delivery:
Our Standard UK delivery ensures all items are sent tracked 48hr Royal Mail (please note royal mail state this is an aim not guarantee)
UK standard shipping starts from £3.50 and is based on weight.

International Delivery:
We do not currently offer international delivery.

Incorrect Addresses:
It is your responsibility to get this correct including postcode. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. Please make sure you double check your delivery address at checkout, as once an item has been posted we are unable to alter the address. In the event that an incomplete address has been entered at checkout and the parcel has already been sent, we would need to wait for the item to be returned back to us as undeliverable. Redelivery postage is the responsibility of the customer. Sometimes the parcel may not be returned to us and become lost because of an address error, in this case the order would need to be placed again as we cannot accept responsibility for an address entered incorrectly.

Missing Parcels:
We allow up to 28 working days before a parcel is considered missing, at which point we will make a claim with Royal Mail. Once the claim has been logged we will always reship a lost parcel, however please note that this may take up to 2 weeks.
